Pump impeller detachment

The cleaning pumps we use on site are plastic pumps made by Southern Pump Industry; after operating for 2 or 3 hours, the impellers fall off. Even after replacing them, they keep falling off. What’s the reason?
What type of plastic pump is it? Is it a fluorinated lining pump?
The impeller of the fluoroplastic pump and the pump body are injection-molded together, with a threaded connection to the motor shaft
Please send the structural type, model number, and photos (preferably recent ones), so we can analyze them together!* You’re being too general.
Check whether the pump has reversed direction of rotation; the outlet check valve is not functioning properly, so close the outlet valve whenever it is not in use
The axial force is not properly balanced, and the nut preload has not been designed correctly

This situation occurs when the pump rotates in reverse; most likely, the outlet check valve fails to close properly
