What causes the pressure gauge at the outlet of the metering pump to show no fluctuations? There’s definitely no issue with pressure; the inlet filter has also been cleaned, so it’s clean
Check the one-way sealing of the inlet and outlet valves.
Is there a control valve below the pressure gauge? If so, did someone turn it off?
It wasn’t turned off; I checked it carefully. When another pump is used, there’s no such problem, and it seems that the performance isn’t very good
Then check the check valve for inlet and outlet
Another possibility is that the diaphragm inside your metering pump is damaged, resulting in pressure interference; that’s why there is no change on your pressure gauge! You can check the information provided by the manufacturer regarding the pump and investigate the relevant causes!
Is it possible that the valve on the pressure gauge is closed too tightly, or is the pressure gauge’s pressure lead tube blocked?
Open the inlet or outlet check valve; there is dirt on the valve ball inside, so just clean it
