How to solve the problem that the winding wire of vacuum drum filter is often loose

The Italian-made EIMCO drum vacuum filter we have installed has frequently experienced problems with loose filter windings in the past year or so. Frequent maintenance has been extremely painful, and the steel wires have to be replaced about every three months. This is the filter model we use. Guangzhong and Yanshan have no similar problems, and brother companies also replace it once a year, which is basically too much. This is a record of recent repairs and related operating parameters. We have tried changing the diameter of the steel wire from 2.0 to 2.2. The inserts were modified on the 3# filter machine and changed into a slot type. However, the two methods currently have little effect. I discovered yesterday that the filter wire had begun to shift before the wire take-up reached the bottom. Theoretically, this take-up can reach 20 cm. The first two windings are offset. This means that Yanshan's front bead has grooves. Normally the winding should be like this. Once the offset is too much, the rear wire will loosen and break. We are still conducting experiments, including lowering the temperature of the warm washing solvent (which seems to be difficult at present), purchasing a new winding machine, increasing the tensioning force, and experimenting with new operating methods to minimize the impact of temperature differences on the filter wire.
