I. Preparation stage 1. Heat the heating medium (soft water should be used whenever heating with hot water) to the operating temperature. 2. Loading can be carried out manually or by vacuum suction, depending on the properties of the material. When using vacuum suction, one end is connected to the tank lid, while the other end is inserted into the container holding the material; once the vacuum pump is started and the vacuum valve is opened, the material is drawn into the dryer. 3. The vacuum suction cover must be wrapped with filter cloth. II. Startup and operation 1. Keep the vacuum pump running, open the valve of the heating medium pipeline to supply heat to the dryer, and monitor the heating temperature. 2. Turn the speed-up button on the motor controller to the lowest gear. 3. Connect the power supply, start the motor, and the tank rotates at a low speed. 4. Slowly turn the button to adjust the dryer tank to the desired speed. III. Stop operation: After the mixing and drying of the material are complete, close the valve for the heating medium, shut down the equipment, and position the discharge port of the tank downward. IV. Discharging 1. When discharging, first open the water release valve at the vacuum side, and then turn off the vacuum pump. 2. Open the lid of the tank’s discharge hole to discharge the contents. 3. After all the material has been unloaded from the tank, the residues remaining inside should be cleaned up as much as possible, and then the lid of the discharge port should be closed. 4 During the drying process, when intermediate sampling is required, the machine must first be shut down, and then the tank lid should be opened for sampling in accordance with point 4(a) ; After sampling is completed, close the tank lid and restart the drying process in accordance with Article 2. V. Maintenance Instructions 1. Conduct regular inspections on a monthly basis; the items to be checked include the oil level in the reducer, as well as the tightness of belts and chains. 2. If leakage is detected in the reducer or if the oil level is insufficient, the seals must be replaced and the oil level adjusted to the proper level. 3. Electrical components should be kept clean and sensitive. Iron tools should not be used to strike the cylinder to prevent it from deforming. 4. After use, remove any remaining material and clean all parts of the machine. If it will not be used for an extended period of time, the entire machine must be thoroughly cleaned and covered with a tarpaulin.
