Due to the complex operating conditions, ceramic mortar pumps may experience oil leakage after long-term use. If this issue is not addressed, it can very likely lead to damage to the pump, thereby affecting its proper operation. In the face of such information, knowing how to identify the problem is knowledge that every operator must master. There are several reasons for oil leakage in ceramic pumps, as follows: 1. Severe bearing wear – the bearings can be removed to check whether oil leakage is caused by wear; if so, the bearings can be replaced ； 　　2. If the bearing location is deformed, the bearing position can be repaired ； 　　3. Inspect the pump oil and pipelines, and check the sealing screws, pipelines, pipeline connections, and oil tank for any oil leaks ； 　　4. Oil leakage occurs due to loose screws at the connection points of the ceramic pump body; tightening the screws resolves the issue ； 　　5. Hardening of the sealing kit can lead to reduced sealing performance or complete failure; replacing the entire sealing kit can resolve this issue ； 　　6. If a ceramic pump has not been maintained for a long time, the equipment can be disassembled to clean the oil tank and pump chamber. Note that the oil in the pump is very dirty; take appropriate precautions. If you lack experience in performing such repairs, do not disassemble the pump chamber.
