Work contents of the formwork crew’s subcontract: 1. Formwork assembly and installation, including but not limited to: preparing for assembly, sanding materials, positioning and installing the formwork, setting up structural supports, cleaning and applying sealant to the formwork surface, aligning the formwork, installing bolts, locating embedded rebar, drilling holes, constructing and installing forms and support structures, using tape and sponge strips for alignment, marking positions with strings, collecting materials, monitoring the formwork, coordinating with other crews, preparing for inspections, conducting mutual and self-inspections, transporting materials within the site, setting up temporary scaffolding, laying down and compacting soft surfaces for support, constructing work platforms (with the help of manual labor), leveling the working area, unloading materials from vehicles, and assisting with lifting operations – all tasks related to formwork work.
2. Formwork removal includes, but is not limited to: removing the formwork, chiseling away any excess concrete, transporting the formwork back and forth, clearing debris, cleaning the post-cast strips, adjusting the dimensions of pre-existing holes, removing nails, extracting screws that run through walls, cutting and recycling water-stop bolts, stacking the materials on the ground for counting and inventorying, repairing any defects, sorting and stacking waste materials, and filling the holes left by screws that run through walls – all tasks related to the process of removing formwork. 3. Miscellaneous materials + machinery + other materials, including but not limited to: nails, wire, ink lines, tape, release agents/oil, circular saws, welding machines, hand tools, manual carts, protective measures, etc.
