There has also been significant progress in China’s chemical processing equipment, which has contributed to the swift advancement of the petrochemical sector. Here, we have compiled some of the achievements and breakthroughs made by Chinese equipment manufacturers in terms of larger-scale production and increased use of domestic equipment. We invite everyone to share their insights and engage in discussions, to cheer for Made in China and to support the development of chemical processing equipment! ****************** 　On September 23, 2017, the multi-zone circulating reactor manufactured by Maoming Gravity Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Maoming Gravity) was shipped ready for use from Shuidong Port and sent to Malaysia. This represents another successful localization of the world-class Spherizone polypropylene process multi-zone circulating reactor, as well as its first export overseas, marking a milestone in the expansion of petrochemical equipment abroad. 　　The equipment weighs 450 tons in total, is nearly 60 meters long, has a complex structure, with dimensional tolerances of just 3 millimeters; the tolerances for its internal components are as impressive as 0.5 millimeters. Upon receiving the task, Gravity Company built on its previous experience, broke with conventional thinking, adopted an innovative project team management approach, concentrated its best resources, and upheld the spirit of craftsmanship. Through hard work, this polypropylene multi-zone cyclic reactor was successfully developed and passed the joint inspection by all four parties involved. This reactor meets the requirements of the process patent holder and complies with relevant international standards and specifications. After going through a series of testing procedures, the multi-zone circulating reactor will be shipped via the beautiful South China Sea to the RAPID project site in Johor, Malaysia, for installation and use.
