This heat exchanger marks a significant achievement for the company in the field of localizing such industrial facilities. The product has a diameter of 515 mm, a wall thickness of 22/16 mm, a total length of 15632 mm, and a weight of 20.11 tons ； The angle between the product and the ground level is 7°, while the angle between the shell nozzle and the shell surface is approximately 83° ； Heat exchange tube length: 14080 mm, wall thickness: 3 mm, non-standard diameter: 18 mm ； The test pressure for the pipe gland is 47 MPa. During the production process, the refining company used specialized tools to strictly control the angles of the products and supports, optimized the working methods to successfully insert the tube bundles, carried out pressure testing in a sealed testing room with success, and then shipped the products promptly.
