Handover of the Phase 2 capacity expansion project for Fujian Yongrong Technology’s CPL facility

The second-phase expansion and renovation project of CPL at Yongrong Technology was completed on January 24, 2025. According to reports from Sinochem New Network, on January 18, the renovation work for the **unit in the second phase of CPL at Fujian Yongrong Technology Co., Ltd. was finished, marking the complete completion of this expansion and renovation project. It has now moved from the construction phase to the preparation phase for production. 　　Qu Yaping, general manager of Yongrong Technology, said that the renovation projects for the caprolactam unit and the aminoximation unit in CPL Phase 2 were put into operation on November 30, 2024. Once the expansion and renovation project for CPL Phase 2 (in the chemical sector) is fully completed, the company’s caprolactam production capacity will increase to 650,000 tons per year. This will enable it to better meet market demands, reduce production costs, enhance its capabilities in technology research and development and market expansion, and thus improve the company’s overall competitiveness.
