Recently, the installation work for the 30,000-ton/year comprehensive utilization project of waste NMP organic solvents at Tanneng Carbon (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., which is under the general contract of Beijing Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd., has been largely completed. The project has now entered the critical phase of \"three inspections and four determinations,\" laying a solid foundation for its successful handover. As an important step prior to the handover of an engineering project, the \"three inspections and four determinations\" process plays a decisive role in ensuring the quality of the entire construction project, guaranteeing the success of joint commissioning and trial operation with feed, and enabling the long-term stable operation of the facility. The project team attaches great importance to this matter and has organized all participating units to conduct thorough inspections in strict accordance with the standards, to ensure that all requirements are met as specified in the design. Since the project commenced, in the face of challenges such as a tight schedule and heavy workload, all parties involved have worked closely together and organized the construction activities in a scientific manner. By optimizing construction plans and allocating resources efficiently, they have ensured the orderly progress of the project. After completing the “three inspections and four determinations,” pipeline purging and pressure testing will be carried out simultaneously. The project team has now developed a detailed pressure testing plan that includes 102 testing packages, covering three key areas: the raw material/finished product tank areas, the plant’s pipeline corridors, and the NMP facility. To ensure the safe and efficient conduct of the pressure testing work, the project team will strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, strengthen on-site safety management, and maintain high standards for project quality while ensuring the safety of the construction workers. Currently, the project has entered its final phase, with all team members working with great enthusiasm and a rigorous attitude to make every effort to complete it on time and to a high standard. The successful implementation of this project will provide strong support for the recycling of waste NMP organic solvents.
