Projects such as 250 million yuan worth of electrolyte additives are being advanced in Anhui! 2025-07-30 On July 26, the Chizhou Ecology and Environment Bureau issued a public notice regarding the proposed approval decision for the environmental impact assessment document related to Anhui Hanbang Chemical Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 11,450 tons of lithium-ion battery electrolyte additives and intermediates, as well as 300 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates per year. Project Name: Anhui Hanbang Chemical Co., Ltd.’s project to produce 11,450 tons of lithium-ion battery electrolyte additives and intermediates, as well as 300 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates per year. Location: Economic Development Zone, Dongzhi County, Chizhou City, Anhui Province. Developer: Anhui Hanbang Chemical Co., Ltd. Project Overview: The project involves the reconstruction of 4 production workshops and 1 drying and packaging workshop, along with supporting facilities for auxiliary services, storage and transportation, and environmental protection measures. This will enable annual production of 11,450 tons of lithium-ion battery electrolyte additives and 300 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates. 12 new vinyl chlorocarbonate (CEC) production lines will be built, with a total capacity of 3000 t/year ； Build 2 new production lines for 1,2,4-trifluorobenzene, with a total capacity of 100 t/a ； 4 new production lines for 1-amino-2-cyano-1-cyclopentene (ACCP) will be established, with a total capacity of 150 t/a ； 6 new HCSI production lines will be built, with a total capacity of 100 t/a. Furthermore, the company has decided not to proceed with its original project to produce 64,200 tons of fine chemical additives, 6,000 tons of environmentally friendly disperse dyes with high fastness, and 24,000 tons of water-based polyacrylate emulsions per year. Project investment: The total investment in the project is approximately 250 million yuan, of which about 20 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for around 8% of the total investment.
