Construction Scope and Scale: Building on the existing 400,000 tons per year production facility for new silicone materials, this project will increase the overall production capacity to 600,000 tons per year of silicone monomers through expansion and related technical upgrades. This includes constructing a 250,000 tons per year silicon powder processing unit, a 400,000 tons per year monomer synthesis unit, an 180,000 tons per year dimethyl hydrolysis unit, a 20,000 tons per year high-boiling point cracking unit, and a 10,000 tons per year low-boiling point disproportionation unit; in addition, existing facilities will also be upgraded.
