Jixian Wind-Hydrogen Storage and Alcohol Integration (Chemical Industry Sector) Project: This project is located in Jixian County, Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province, and was invested in and constructed by Shuangyashan Hongzhan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The project mainly involves the construction of a 130,000-ton green methanol production facility along with its supporting facilities, with a total planned land area of approximately 254,400 square meters. This project uses hydrogen produced by water electrolysis and carbon dioxide from fermentation as raw materials to produce green methanol on a scale of 130,000 tons per year. The main process equipment for this project includes carbon dioxide compression and purification, hydrogen production via water electrolysis, hydrogen storage and compression units, methanol synthesis and distillation units, as well as the auxiliary equipment required to support these units. The project investment amount is 2,310,764,000 yuan.
