Recently, information was made public regarding the first phase of the production project undertaken by Shandong Aifute Technology Co., Ltd., which aims to produce 10,000 tons of fumaric acid, 5,000 tons of ferrous fumarate, 6,300 tons of iron glycinate, 8,500 tons of ammonium sulfate, 20,000 tons of sodium creatine, and 5,000 tons of creatine monohydrate per year. Basic Information on the Project
Project Name: Project for the annual production of 10,000 tons of fumaric acid, 5,000 tons of ferrous fumarate, 6,300 tons of iron glycinate, 8,500 tons of ammonium sulfate, 20,000 tons of sodium creatine, and 5,000 tons of monohydrate creatine (Phase I)

Location: Zoucheng Chemical Industry Park, Taiping Town, Zoucheng City, Jining City, within the existing factory premises of Shandong Aifute Technology Co., Ltd.
Total Investment: 23.4 million yuan; Investment in environmental protection measures: 3.6 million yuan, accounting for 15.38% of the total investment
Construction Schedule: The project is scheduled to start construction in September 2025 and begin operations in December 2025
Land Area: The total area of the factory complex is 136,800 m2, with the area occupied by this project being 648 m2
Production Capacity: The designed annual production capacity is 10,000 tons of fumaric acid, 5,000 tons of ferrous fumarate, 6,300 tons of iron glycinate, 8,500 tons of ammonium sulfate, 20,000 tons of sodium creatine, and 5,000 tons of monohydrate creatine. This environmental impact assessment covers only Phase I of the project. Phase I has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of sodium creatine. It utilizes some of the existing equipment for betaine hydrochloride (the remaining equipment will not be removed but will be retained), along with additional new equipment. Some storage tanks, a circulating cooling water system, a wastewater treatment plant, and a hazardous waste storage area will also make use of the existing infrastructure.
