Project Name: Green Circular Industrialization Project for Innovative Synthesis of Natural Fish Peptides in Jining District, Ulanqab City. Launch Date: October 29, 2025. Location: Inner Mongolia. Industry/Project Type: Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals/Pharmaceuticals. Project Owner: Quintech Industrial Development (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. Total Investment: 1,776 million yuan. Current Progress: Project registration completed. Construction Location: East of the Airport Expressway, north of Donglaishun, Baihaizi Town, Jining District, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Scope of Construction: A production base that will enable annual production of 4,800 tons of fish peptide concentrate, 3.6 million jin of mid-to-high-end freshwater fish, and 600,000 jin of vegetables. The total construction area is 142,200 square meters, including 4,800 square meters for seedling cultivation facilities, 2,400 square meters for water treatment facilities, 120,000 square meters for production workshops, 5,000 square meters for fish peptide processing facilities, 5,000 square meters for storage facilities, 4,000 square meters for a research and development center and a smart management center, 1,000 square meters for canteens and dormitories, as well as other supporting facilities such as roads, water supply and drainage systems, electricity infrastructure, and fencing.
