The project will be implemented in two phases: Phase 1 requires a total investment of 1,059.48 million yuan, of which 1,009.48 million yuan is allocated to fixed asset investments. Approximately 81.305 mu of additional land will be used to establish a production capacity of 200 tons per year for hyperbranched polyolefin elastomer catalysts. The planned start date is December 2025, and the planned completion date is December 2028.
