On December 1, the Quanzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau accepted the application for the upgrade and renovation project of the environmentally friendly new material production line of Quanzhou Yujie New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and made it public. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Upgrade and Renovation Project of the Environmentally Friendly New Material Production Line； Construction unit: Quanzhou Yujie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd ； Construction location: No. 9, Nanqu Road, Nanshan Area, Petrochemical Park, Nanpu Town, Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province ； Project nature: Renovation and expansion ； Project investment: 36.3 million yuan ； Construction contents: This project aims to carry out technical upgrades on the already-approved units such as the perfluoroisobutynone production unit and the fluoromethane production unit as part of the \"Quanzhou Yujie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.’s 28,000-ton-per-year production line for environmentally friendly new materials\" project. The existing perfluoroisobutynone production line will also be upgraded technically, thereby extending the upstream industrial chain and enabling the production of carbonyl fluoride, which is a raw material for perfluoroisobutynone. After these upgrades, the production capacity of the perfluoroisobutynone unit remains unchanged at 100 tons per year ； Perform flexible modifications to the hydrofluoromethane production line. At the same time, a new 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene production facility with an annual capacity of 500 tons will be built ； A new carbonyl fluoride purification unit with a production capacity of 100 tons per year will be built, along with a new trifluoroacetyl fluoride purification unit of 100 tons per year, a new pentafluoropropionyl fluoride purification unit of 100 tons per year, and a new perfluoroisobutyronyl fluoride purification unit of 100 tons per year. Additionally, auxiliary facilities such as small-scale waste gas incinerators will be installed as well.
