The 3 \"Jinhua furnaces\" for the Qingshui Silver Spring project in Shaanxi were installed in one go through lifting

Recently, at the Qingshui Yinquan project site in Shaanxi, 3 critical equipment units known as \"Jinhua Furnaces\", manufactured by Lu’an Huaji, were lifted into place in one go, providing essential support for the smooth operation of the project. It is reported that this project utilizes the Lu’an Huajī water-cooled wall directly-connected waste boiler gasification furnace (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) technology; it features two units in operation with one as a backup, with a total gas production capacity of 200,000 Nm3/h (CO+H2). Gasification takes place under conditions of 6.5 MPa and 1350–1400°C. This approach offers significant economic benefits, low operating costs for the equipment, and ensures safety and stability.
