On January 16, a correction announcement was issued regarding the EPC general contracting for the 100,000 tons per year biomass-based green methanol project (Phase I) in Lanzhou New Area. Construction location: To the east of Chemical Economic Road 3, to the south of Chemical Latitude Road 3, and to the north of Chemical Latitude Branch Road 4 in the chemical industrial park. Construction scale and scope: Lanzhou New Area 100,000 tons/year biomass green methanol project (Phase I). Total investment: 1,427,398.7 thousand yuan. Timeline requirement: March 2026 to September 2027, not exceeding 18 months (including the construction period during the winter and rainy seasons). Bid section division: Bid Section 1: The design, procurement, and general construction contract for one set of biomass gasification units, as well as for the processes of conversion and purification, compression, methanol synthesis, and methanol distillation, along with utility and auxiliary facilities for the 100,000 tons per year biomass-based green methanol project (Phase I) in Lanzhou New Area. These facilities include gas-fired boilers for power generation, systems for preparing biomass pellets, storage areas for biomass raw materials, tank farms and loading/unloading systems, flares, the entire plant’s piping system, air separation units, circulating water stations, production fire protection systems, sewage pretreatment facilities, deoxygenation stations, desalination stations, initial rainwater collection tanks/accident storage tanks, the entire plant’s water supply and drainage systems, 35kV substations, power distribution stations, electrical and telecommunications systems, lighting systems, a control room, office buildings, comprehensive buildings, a central laboratory, temporary storage areas for hazardous waste, spare parts storage areas, fences, gates, factory roads, and fire protection systems.
