On January 20, the first batch of pressure testing units for the installation of the process pipelines in the EVA plant at Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemicals’ EVA project department entered the pressure testing phase, marking a crucial step in the transition from physical installation to system validation, and pushing the project into a new stage of intensive effort. To ensure that the initial pressure testing is successful on the first attempt, the project team adhered to a management philosophy of \"planning first, thorough preparation, and effective execution.\" It carried out preparatory work in accordance with the \"Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Metal Piping in Petrochemical Projects\" and the \"Construction Plan for Pressure Testing of Piping in EVA Plants.\" Under the leadership of the Technical Quality Department, a range of tasks were completed, including the verification of the physical conditions required for pressure testing and the clarification of safety measures, thereby providing thorough technical guidance and safety guarantees for the on-site pressure testing. Piping pressure testing is a crucial step in verifying the quality of construction work, and it is also a key aspect of safety risk management. The project department strictly implements the \"three-inspection system\" and procedure for submitting inspections at each work stage in terms of quality management. From the installation of blind flanges to the installation of pressure gauges and the injection of media, quality responsibilities are assigned at every step to ensure that the pressure testing process is under control and the results are reliable. During the pressure testing, technicians carry out real-time data collection and analysis of the pressure increase, holding, and decrease processes to ensure that each step of the operation complies with the specified requirements. The project department, in conjunction with the supervision unit, conducts double verification of key milestones; warning signs are installed in high-risk areas, and dedicated personnel are assigned to monitor them. Through a series of meticulous preparations, all test parameters of the first batch of pressure testing packages met the design standards accurately, enabling them to pass the acceptance tests successfully.
