CNPC Engineering signs a turnkey project worth $4.614 billion for the construction of a gas production capacity of 10 billion cubic meters per year at Phase 4 of the Turkmenistan Revival Gas Field

On April 24, CNPC Engineering announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China National Petroleum Engineering Corporation, had recently signed a turnkey contract for the surface works with Amu Darya Beijing Company regarding the construction of a gas production capacity of 10 billion cubic meters per year at the Phase 4 Revival Gas Field in Turkmenistan. The contract value is 4.614 billion US dollars (approximately 31.649 billion yuan), with a validity period of 66 months and a construction period of 51 months. The main scope of the surface works for Phase 4 of the Fuxing Gas Field project is to design and construct a natural gas processing plant with an annual processing capacity of 10 billion cubic meters, along with associated production facilities. Construction of these surface works is scheduled to begin in 2026.
