The new active pharmaceutical ingredient technology upgrade project of Beijing Sili'an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Cangzhou Branch for the year 2025: This project is located in the West Area of the Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, and was invested in and constructed by Beijing Sili'an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Cangzhou Branch. The project will be constructed within the existing factory site, making use of the existing production workshops and other auxiliary facilities there. The project plans to add 3 new active pharmaceutical ingredient products, namely palbociclib (production capacity of 0.15 t/a), medroxyprogesterone acetate (production capacity of 3.456 t/a), and anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate (production capacity of 0.66 t/a). At the same time, the production capacity of calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (food grade) will be increased by 0.09 t/a, while part of the production capacity for existing products (regorafenib glutamate, repaglinide acid) will be reduced. Under this project, one new production line for medroxyprogesterone acetate and one new production line for calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (food grade) will be established in the existing synthesis workshop. At the same time, some of the production equipment will be adjusted and optimized, and the automation systems will be upgraded. Once completed, the production processes for the existing products such as protamine sulfate, zinc gluconate, betaine, manganese sulfate, cytarabine hydrochloride, and methotrexate will change. Upon completion of the project construction, the company will have 27 different product types, namely: ilacevimab (production capacity of 0.0375 t/year), protamine sulfate (production capacity of 0.1 t/year), trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride (production capacity of 0.3 t/year), folic acid (production capacity of 0.4 t/year), zinc gluconate (production capacity of 0.1 t/year), pimovanserin tartrate (production capacity of 0.02 t/year), safinamide mesylate (production capacity of 0.02 t/year), clornidazole (production capacity of 0.3 t/year), sugammadex sodium (production capacity of 0.03 t/year), betaine (production capacity of 0.3 t/year), magnesium hydrogen phosphate (production capacity of 0.7 t/year), regorafenib glutamate (production capacity of 0.04 t/year), repaglinide acid (production capacity of 0.06 t/year), manganese sulfate (production capacity of 0.02 t/year), acetazolamide (production capacity of 0.125 t/year), levosalbutamol hydrochloride (production capacity of 0.01 t/year), L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid calcium (pharmaceutical grade production capacity of 0.015 t/year, with an additional production capacity of 0.09 t/year for food grade), progesterone (production capacity of 0.204 t/year), cytarabine hydrochloride (production capacity of 0.09 t/year), fluorouracil (production capacity of 1.2 t/year), cyclophosphamide (production capacity of 0.06 t/year), methotrexate (production capacity of 0.12 t/year), tamoxifen citrate (production capacity of 0.02 t/year), nimustine hydrochloride (production capacity of 0.02 t/year), palbociclib (production capacity of 0.15 t/year), medroxyprogesterone acetate (production capacity of 3.456 t/year), and anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate (production capacity of 0.66 t/year). The total combined production capacity is 8.6475 tons per year. The total investment for the project is currently unknown.
