(2) Project owner: Hebei Zhonghao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (3) Location of construction: This project is located at No. 22, Weiyi Road, Salt Chemical Industry Park, Economic Development Zone, Ningjin County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. (4) Nature of construction: New construction. (5) Construction contents: Construction of buildings such as a polyether polyol production workshop, a combined polyether polyol production workshop, a filling workshop, a Class A storage tank area, a Class C raw material storage tank area, warehouses, maintenance rooms, control rooms, laboratories, and office buildings, with a total construction area of 12,079 m2. Install equipment such as reaction vessels, condensers, receiving tanks, mixing vessels, vacuum buffer tanks, filters, refrigerators, air compressors, nitrogen generators, and storage tanks. Complementary environmental protection, fire protection, safety, and other facilities as well as related projects. (6) Construction scale and product plan: 50,000 tons per year of polyether polyol, and 50,000 tons per year of blended polyether polyol. (7) Project investment: The total investment in the project is 315 million yuan, of which 1.2 million yuan is allocated to environmental protection measures, accounting for 0.38% of the total investment. (9) Labor quota and working system: The project requires 60 workers, operating on a four-shift three-turn system with 8 hours per shift; there are 300 working days per year, resulting in 7,200 working hours annually.
