Recently, Duofuduo New Materials Co., Ltd. released a second round of public information regarding the environmental impact assessment for its project aimed at producing 100 tons of high-purity calcium fluoride powder per year. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Project to produce 100 tons of high-purity calcium fluoride powder per year； Project nature: New construction ； Construction location: Within the existing factory premises of Duofudu Company in the Jiaozuo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhongzhan District, Jiaozuo City ； Total project investment: 58.5 million yuan ； Main construction contents: This project utilizes idle land within the factory premises to build a production line capable of producing 100 tons of high-purity calcium fluoride powder per year. This production line can make full use of the company’s existing domestically produced electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid and electronic-grade nitric acid, thereby extending the company’s product lineup. Project description: Through cooperation with relevant entities, Duofluoride has developed a production process for high-purity calcium fluoride powder. This powder is primarily used in lithography machines and optical lenses. The process has successfully undergone pilot testing and is now ready for industrial-scale production. At present, the purity of ultraviolet-grade high-purity calcium fluoride in China is generally around 99.95%. This project utilizes a domestically developed production technology for high-purity calcium fluoride powder, enabling the purity of the resulting calcium fluoride powder to reach 99.99%.
