TCC (Jundong, Xinjiang) New Energy Co., Ltd. is calling for bids for the EPC general contracting of Phase 1 of its new energy solar thermal hydrogen production project. On October 20, 2025, the first public notice regarding the environmental impact assessment for the new energy power generation and hydrogen production project of Zhongcai (Xinjiang Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone) New Energy Co., Ltd. was released. The project is located in the Southern Industrial Park of Wucaiwan, in the Jundong Economic and Technological Development Zone in Xinjiang. The total investment in the project amounts to 300 million yuan, of which 80% is provided by the enterprise itself and 20% through bank loans. The project plans to build one new plant for producing hydrogen via electrolysis, with an annual output of 200,000 tons of green hydrogen. 660 sets of pure water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment were purchased, along with accompanying facilities such as dormitories and office buildings.
