Project Name: Intelligent Factory and Commercial Integration Project for High-End Functional Fabrics and Carbon Fiber Composite Materials. Project Owner: Hongda Hi-Tech Holding Co., Ltd. Location: West side of Zhanqian Avenue, Xucun Town, Haining City, Jiaxing Province, Zhejiang Province, north side of the dedicated railway line. Project nature: New construction. Project investment: The total investment amounts to 1.013 billion yuan. Upon full operation, the projected annual sales revenue is 548.18 million yuan, with an average annual tax contribution of 31.85 million yuan. Construction contents: The construction of this project mainly consists of two parts: a smart factory and a commercial complex. The first is the smart factory, which utilizes advanced domestic technologies for weaving, hot pressing, molding, and winding. It employs state-of-the-art domestic equipment for these processes, as well as supporting auxiliary production devices and utility systems, enabling it to produce 12,000 tons of high-end functional fabrics per year and 500,000 high-end carbon fiber composite components per year. It is reported that the first-phase production workshop is scheduled to be completed by the end of next year and put into operation first ； Phase II includes production workshops and a commercial complex, with completion expected in 2027.
