Understanding of “internal inspection”

In Clause 3.4.2.3 Special Requirements of the Code for Fixed Vessels, (3) for pressure vessels that cannot be internally inspected due to structural reasons, the calculated thickness shall be specified, along with requirements for regular inspections during use. May I ask: Which operations are primarily prevented from being carried out as internal inspections, and which parts need to be inspected? Do small-diameter containers with manual access holes meet the requirements for internal inspection?
Internal corrosion conditions, internal weld conditions, internal cracks......
I don’t think every container needs to have inspection holes; they should be created only when necessary. For example, in the case of a normal-pressure water tank, there is no need to install inspection holes. So there is no need to create inspection holes
Also, if all the containers have nozzles of 80 or more. This take over can be used as a maintenance access hole.
Which pressure vessels do not require internal inspection?
It’s impossible to get in and see the internal condition. . .
Those that cannot be inspected internally refer mainly to devices like industrial furnaces, where refractory materials have to be poured inside; once this is done, it becomes impossible to inspect the welds inside.
