Hello everyone, I’m a newcomer named Xiaobai; please give me your support! I need to choose a flow meter for use with hydraulic oil, whose density is 0.85 g/ml. The maximum operating pressure is 20 Mpa, the maximum flow rate is 30 L/min, and the required accuracy level is 0.5 grade. I would like to ask everyone: what type of flow meter should I choose? There are too many types of flow meters; could everyone recommend a relatively common type? Thank you!

Use a Taiwan BNC gear flow meter
A high-pressure mass flow meter can be chosen, such as E+H’s 8DF series, with a pressure resistance of 35 MPa
It depends on whether it is necessary to damage the pipes. If the pipes are already installed and it is not possible to damage them nor to stop production, then only external-clamp ultrasonic flowmeters can be used. If it is still in the design stage and high precision is required, a mass flowmeter can be chosen! I specialize in external clamp-type ultrasonic flowmeters; I hope this is helpful to you!
