Everyone: Someone actually claims that warm water can kill a frog – that’s complete nonsense! If there’s no lid to cover it, I don’t believe the frog won’t run away! What do you think?
The pot is quite deep! I’ve done it; you must cover the pot. The taste isn’t as good as that of grilled ones. :lol
You’re really something too – you actually boiled that person alive. Weren’t you afraid that they might add something to the pot for you before dying? :lol

Thank goodness you’re here: Did you hit the lid while cooking? Here’s how it happened. The frog effect refers to the situation where a frog is thrown into boiling water; due to the intense pain it feels, it struggles hard and jumps out of the water, thereby gaining a chance to survive. When a frog is placed in a basin of warm water and the temperature is gradually increased, as the frog has slowly adapted to that comfortable water temperature, it no longer has the strength to leap out of the water once the temperature rises to a certain level. And so, the frog was scalded to death in comfort.
This post was last edited by Nuts on 2015-6-9 09:23. What I mean is that some people say that by reducing the rate of temperature increase to a very slow level, frogs won’t realize that they are being boiled to death, and they won’t show any signs of trying to escape! Are frogs that stupid?
His pot needs to be very deep and large; the frogs will need some time to adjust.
Maybe the frogs used in this experiment were just rather stupid. .
