If one obtains two different registered engineer certificates, can they be affiliated with different organizations?

There is already a registered chemical company listed under the current company, but it doesn’t bring any financial benefits. I plan to take another exam in the field of environmental protection. I’m not sure if I can get some financial support from another company. But after all, it’s the same person with the same ID number; will other companies discover this when registering with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and will they reject my application?
They all fall under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, have the same governing authority, so it should be easy to find information about them, right?
