About AutoCAD P&ID software

First of all, I’m not very familiar with PID diagrams. Does it mainly fall under the category of piping and instrumentation? Which industries do they mainly belong to? Speaking of software, there seem to be many PID-related programs available online, including various plugins. Here, we’re focusing on AutoCAD P&ID. A few questions: 1. Is AutoCAD P&ID a standalone software? 2. Where can I download it? The CAD version on my company’s computer is 2013; do I need the corresponding version? Is there a Chinese language?
:) ACAD P&ID is an enhanced version of standard ACAD; it can also be considered independent of AutoCAD and requires separate installation. The software is updated every year; it’s now 2016, and a Chinese version is available.
