Hello everyone. I’d like to talk about the reciprocating compressors in our hydrogen production facility. When the compressors are shut down, the piston rod descends at a rate of 1.2 mm/s, while it descends at 0.7 mm/s when they are running. Is this normal? Thank you
From an indicator perspective, it is relatively normal; in actual operation, as long as the vibration is not excessive, it’s fine.
