Anti-corrosion treatment for buried stainless steel pipes

Our project design includes some SS304 buried pipes, but we have not encountered this approach before. In the design, seamless steel pipes buried underground are treated with high-grade vinyl chloride tape for corrosion protection; however, there is no specific mention of how to treat stainless steel pipes in this regard. May I ask the experts: how should stainless steel pipes buried underground be protected against corrosion?
Underground stainless steel pipes that are not exposed to strong acids or strong bases do not require anti-corrosion treatment.
