When the tank is empty, the pressures in the upper and lower level gauge tubes are equal, so the reading is naturally 0; it is only when the tank is full that the reading indicates 100% full capacity
I understand it the same way, but my manager said that this situation can occur, with both full and empty levels showing 100%. I’ve never encountered such a thing, so I was wondering if this statement is correct.
