The chromatograph always trips automatically

The chromatograph keeps dropping the connection automatically lately, always after sample injection; it shows “prim out of tolerance”. From what I understand, it means that something has exceeded its capacity. I’m not sure what exactly it is or how to fix this issue – any advice? ? ? Please clarify, original poster: the model of the instrument manufacturer, the workstation used, and the instrument’s operational parameters – it’s impossible to determine?
