Therefore, today we will focus on explaining: what precautions should be taken during the installation of lined pipes to ensure their proper operation? Pipe clamps must be used to secure the areas under stress, such as plastic-lined tees, elbows, valves, faucets, and various water distribution points ; Pipe clamps should be installed at the pipe fitting joints, and the distance between the pipe clamp and the pipe fitting must not exceed four times the diameter of the pipe. The distance between the lined pipe and the wall (smooth wall) should be 12~15 mm. When plastic-lined steel pipes for water supply pass through floor slabs, sleeves must be installed; these sleeves can be made of plastic ; Metal sleeves must be used when passing through the roof ; The casing should be 50~100 mm above the ground and roof, and strict waterproofing measures should be employed. Axial twisting of the pipeline during installation is strictly prohibited; forced correction shall not be applied when it passes through walls or floor slabs. When plastic-lined steel pipes for water supply are placed parallel to other pipes, a certain protective distance should be maintained; if the design does not specify otherwise, this clear distance should not be less than 10 mm.
