First, the following materials or utilities are out of balance in the solution CAL BY 91.042 (Note: CAL refers to fuel gas; does this mean that the fuel gas is unbalanced?) ) Second, the problem solution is not optimal: Column REB%EX1 is 2.0984, and Column RTL%EX1 is 2.6748. The recursive solution is also not optimal; recursion terminates. (Note: REB%EX1 and RTL%EX1 represent the percentage contents of EB and TOL in the extract phase. What does this mean?) ) These two errors occur in the same model. If I modify only one of the CAP settings in the scheme that has nothing to do with the device causing the error, then two different types of errors will appear. Where should I check? Question 2: The recursive solution is not optimal. The termination of recursion indicates that the model has not reached an optimal solution; the model does not function properly, and there may be constraint equations that cannot be satisfied. Pay special attention to checking whether the EB and TOL materials are in balance; it’s possible that less is produced while more is required for consumption. Question 1: It is indeed material shedding, but material shedding is not the key issue; it might be caused by Problem 2 mentioned above.
