Currently, most polysilicon manufacturers use reverse disproportionation devices, and solid catalysts are generally imported; but what are the specific models and prices? What is the principle difference between a conventional fixed-bed reactor and reactive distillation? What are the advantages and disadvantages in terms of processing capacity, operating costs, etc.?
Don’t sink! Are all the experts offline?

So which one do you use? Are there any comparative data? Which one offers the best value? :lol
Once the process scheme is determined, only the investment cost remains; the operating costs can basically be ignored, as only a portion of hot water needs to be circulated outside the disproportionation reactor.
Now, anti-discrimination involves combining DCS with SDC reactions; as long as the process is too simple for the reactor,

As for cost-performance, it is definitely much higher than that of imported resins. If you are interested, feel free to ask.
I wonder what the conversion rate using the catalyst DCS from the friend on floor 8 can achieve? Are there any industrial performance metrics? I’ve heard that a few companies in China are working on this, but the overall conversion rate is low and the lifespan is short.
My colleague called you back; have a technical discussion with him!
There are now many anti-reduction resins available in China; it’s advisable to consult several different suppliers for testing purposes. With proper drying and an appropriate mixing ratio, a recovery rate of over 99% can definitely be achieved using a fixed-bed system
