I’m seeking advice: During the installation of the unit, what is the relationship between the shaft end expansion of the turbine, the stretching amount of the coupling, the difference between the shaft end distances of the turbine and the air compressor, as well as the length of the coupling in its cold state, and the compression amount of the coupling during normal operation? What are the principles of pre-tensioning during installation and compression during operation for diaphragm couplings?

In other words, the expansion amount at the turbine shaft end is equal to the pre-tension amount, and it is also equal to the shaft end distance minus the length of the coupling (when installed in a cold state). Please discuss
