Dear sea friends, are there any recycling solutions for the cooling water of pumps and the seal cooling water of pumps? Our company’s early systems involved laying a pipeline in the pump hall, which led to an underground tank; an automatic submersible pump was used to collect the cooling water and send it to the circulating water system! Let’s hear what good ideas everyone has!
We also request to go to the circulating water plant, not to the sewage treatment plant.
If circulating water is used, it should be fed into the return pipeline and sent back to the circulating water facility; if softened water is used, it can also be recycled
We do it in the same way: the cooling water from the pump returns to the clean water collection tank, and then a clean water pump is used to send it into the circulation tank； Compressor: the cooling water returns to the main circulation pipe and then back to the circulation tank
Just install another return pipe and connect it to the circulating water return line!
However, the pressure in the return water pipeline system is too high, resulting in poor return water efficiency. The old factory area used to employ a collection tank for centralized recovery, with machine pumps used to pump the water into the circulating water system!
