Pressure vessel designs do not include safety valves and pressure gauges, but safety valves, pressure gauges, and thermometers are installed on the outlet piping at a location close to the pressure vessel. Do these count as safety accessories for the pressure vessel? Personally, I think the safety valve is okay, but including a thermometer seems a bit excessive. Note: The pressure vessel has no possibility of pressure increase; essentially, the vessel pressure is equal to the pressure at the compressor outlet. Thank you to all the experts

If a pressure vessel design does not include safety valves and pressure gauges, in my opinion it lacks necessary safety accessories, and such vessel does not fall under the category of pressure vessels subject to special equipment regulations.
I don’t think so; the definition of the pressure vessel body is the first circumferential groove surface where it connects to external pipes or devices. . . . . . (Code requirement 1.6.1) Only those that are directly connected to the main body should be considered as such. Your pressure gauge and similar devices, which are located on the outlet pipeline, should not be regarded as safety accessories of pressure vessels

According to Article 1.6.2 of the regulatory standards: The safety accessories of pressure vessels include those that are directly connected to the pressure vessel......
They are on the pressure vessel itself; those connected using flanges are not considered such
I’m not sure how to interpret this; it was connected directly. In my opinion, both the thermometer and the safety valve don’t count as safety accessories for the container – at most they can be considered existing discharge devices within the system.
Agree with the view on floor 4; it should not be considered a safety accessory for pressure vessels
The safety accessories of pressure vessels should all be located on the vessel itself; such connections are provided during the design phase!
I agree with what was said on the 4th floor; just look at the definition of pressure vessels to understand.
