I’m seeking advice from those with more experience: how should the design of a spray tower be arranged to facilitate the removal of suspended substances such as paraffin at its bottom?
Add an oil skimming port on the upper part of the liquid surface, and keep it well heated.
Can we add a partition to the bottom of the tower and an overflow port on the side where the liquid is at rest?
Thank you for your guidance. Can the oil drainage port be controlled automatically?
We designed it that way before, but we found that the overflow port did not have a very significant effect on removing suspended particles; it was also necessary to manually remove the contents from it from time to time
