During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, how much overtime pay can you get? Our company does offer overtime pay, but it is calculated based on the average basic salary. It’s applied uniformly throughout the company: double the rate on weekends, amounting to 100 yuan, and triple the rate on statutory holidays, amounting to 200 yuan. The Mid-Autumn Festival holidays are from September 26–27 and October 1–7; among these, 4 days are official holidays while 5 days are regular weekends. If my supervisor asks me to work overtime throughout this period, I would only receive 200*4 + 100*5 = 1300 yuan, which is far too little! Dear sea friends, come and show off your overtime pay!
I don’t want to work overtime. But it seems that **only on the designated holiday days is triple pay given; I’ve never received it. Any other type of leave is not considered. Our overtime pay, to put it simply, is variable. I don’t know how much I should be paid per month, so I also don’t know how much more was given as a bonus during the holidays.

Generally speaking, no one wants to work overtime, but the manager often tells you earnestly, “X, …, work some extra hours!” ”Then they look at you with eager eyes, and then start working overtime miserably.
I will absolutely not work overtime during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, and I’m not paid overtime even when I work overtime on regular days.
We charge 40 yuan per day on weekends; the price for public holidays is not clear, as working overtime is generally not allowed on those days. For example, you won’t be asked to work overtime on the Mid-Autumn Festival, nor from October 1st to 3rd…
The daily wage is around 150 yuan; with shift work, one can work up to 3 days, which amounts to 150*9=1350 yuan.
