It’s a great question that helps with self-reflection. 1. If I were the boss, I would definitely hire myself, with a salary increase every six months and a double bonus at the end of the year. I think I deserve this salary. 2. I haven’t been in top form lately, but I’m still satisfied with myself. 3. Absolutely avoid such people. 4. Unconditional acceptance, feeling great about oneself.
Regarding point 2, if I’m not in the right state, I won’t be satisfied with myself and will feel very down
The fighting spirit is worn away little by little. Your high standards for yourself will create many opportunities for you. Few people remain optimistic and upbeat all the time. Keep going!
Do you ever feel extremely bored and uninterested when doing something for a long time?
Hehe, I’ve lost my fighting spirit. Recently, I was on a rotational training program; I was assigned to a later-stage position. I had hoped to get experience in the ethylene production area, but they wouldn’t give me that opportunity – the managers wouldn’t allow it. I have no choice but to stay stuck in this position. That department is the most comfortable with the least amount of work. But I want to learn more while I’m still young. Opportunity? If we miss it, we won’t know until what year or month.
So you guys are fine, rotating shifts. We’ll do just one row; sometimes when we do too many, it makes me feel like vomiting
Decisive 1: I always feel that there’s no place for my skills in the company
The system in state-owned enterprises has its advantages and disadvantages: it’s good in that it’s easy to get by, but it’s bad because of the severe hierarchy based on seniority. After working for a few years, one’s will is worn down, and one can only get by barely.
The key lies within oneself. Perhaps things aren’t going well for certain reasons at the moment, but ask yourself: when an opportunity arises, are you truly ready to seize it?
I choose myself; I do have that confidence.
It looks like a voting post no matter how you look at it. . .
