Alcohol processing capacity: Average of 16 tons per hour (6 towers in 3 workshops); 20 tons per hour (2 towers across the entire plant). 2. Steam from thermal power plants: Pressure of 0.6–0.8 Mpa, temperature of 160–200°C; Pressure of 0.5–0.8 Mpa, temperature of 160–200°C. 3. Alcohol output: 2900 Kg/H of 90% w/w alcohol is produced, with the remainder being 79% alcohol. Produce 3900 Kg/H of 90% (w/w) alcohol, with the remainder being 79% (w/w) alcohol. 4 Alcohol content in the waste liquid at the bottom of the alcohol distillation tower: 0.15%-0.2%; 0.04%. 5 Operation mode: DCS automation + manual operation; increased level of DCS control + manual monitoring. The alcohol tower operates in intermittent mode, with periods of operation and shutdown, or it can operate continuously with automatic adjustment of the feed rate. 6 Steam consumption: 9 tons per hour; 0.56 tons of steam are required per ton of waste alcohol. 1. When producing 79% alcohol, 4.5 tons of steam are consumed per hour, with 0.225 tons of steam required per ton of waste alcohol. 2. When producing 79% and 90% alcohol simultaneously, 5.3 tons of steam are consumed per hour, with 0.265 tons of steam required per ton of waste alcohol. The average is 0.26 tons. 7 Annual steam consumption: 0.56*16 (tons/hour)*24 (hours)*330 (days)*200 (yuan/ton) = 14.19 million yuan; 0.26*16 (tons/hour)*24 (hours)*330 (days)*200 (yuan/ton) = 6.58 million yuan. 8 Energy savings: 14.19 – 6.58 = 7.61 million yuan
