Can sodium triphosphate be continuously added to the residual boiler drum of the hydrogen production converter?

To maintain the pH level of the drum water, is it appropriate for our company to continuously add trisodium phosphate to the steam drums? Can it cause crystalline blockages inside the superheated steam pipes?
The purpose of adding trisodium phosphate to the hydrogen production drum is to prevent scaling; while adding this chemical, it is necessary to carry out regular blowdowns and keep the drain valve open.
As long as the phosphate level is monitored regularly, waste water is discharged on a regular basis, and the exhaust system is kept in operation, there’s no problem at all. Phosphates have a loose structure and a high solubility, so scaling does not occur easily
Of course it needs to be added over the long term; it’s essential.
Each of our classes needs to have these added: based on the pH value (9–11.3, measured using a pH meter), and phosphate levels (3–10 mg/L, measured using a spectrophotometer)
We never add it, and there have been no problems until now; it’s probably added by the desalination unit in the upstream supply.
