In a PTA plant, after the overhaul of the oxidation vacuum filter, the filter cloth will not drop out despite the normal backwashing air pressure, and the gap between the backwashing boots is within the specified range. I seek advice from experts!

The formation of the cake layer can be checked through the observation hole; if the cake layer is normal, then it is necessary to consider whether the back-blowing air pipeline is unobstructed.
1: Increase in the pressure of the backwash compressed air. 2: Increase in the flow rate of the backwash compressed air. 3: Use electro-optical filtering cloth. 4: Thin out the filter cake layer used for backwashing. 5: If a pressing belt is available, reduce the pressing pressure
