These days, almost all cars come with film installed, and it’s hard to tell whether it’s of good quality or not.
Yeah, I’m not sure whether it’s a problem with the quality of the film, the skill of the person who applied it, or improper use; The film that was just applied started to bubble up after a short while, in patches; it’s quite annoying.
Bubbling is most likely due to improper installation; the film I used was purchased from an auto parts market, and it was relatively cheap, costing only a few hundred yuan. It’s been 4 years now, and there are no bubbles yet.
It’s possible that the film wasn’t applied properly; for example, when applying the film in poor weather with high humidity, bubbles are likely to form. There are also issues related to quality, such as the smoothness of the membrane and its adhesion.
