During the 72-hour test period, the unit operated smoothly with normal performance indicators and stable output, indicating that the full-load test of the LNG plant was a complete success. To ensure the smooth completion of the tests, the personnel on duty operated with care, while the inspectors were meticulous; any issues detected were reported promptly so that appropriate actions could be taken ; The on-duty supervisor promptly checks the data from the test sheets and processes it in a timely manner, ensuring that the LNG plant operates at 100% capacity smoothly, producing 207 tons of liquefied natural gas per day for sale to external markets. This performance test is the first test of the new LNG facility. Since it went into operational use on October 20, the unit has been operating at 50% load during the initial phase of commissioning; all equipment is functioning properly, and all process parameters meet the requirements specified in the product standards. Thereafter, the system gradually increased the load to 60%-70%, with all sections working closely together to ensure stable operation of the upstream sections as the LNG consumption increased, while also maintaining normal operating parameters for all mechanical and electrical equipment and ensuring that the process parameters met the specified standards. Finally, a full-load sprint was carried out; the system successfully increased its load to 100%, with the load reaching 110% at its maximum.
