Which foreign technology was adopted in terms of process engineering for China’s largest space furnace? (Is it Texaco, Shell, Siemens...? )

The furnace chamber and water wall are modeled after Shell, while the burners and feeding methods are based on Texaco; in other words, it’s a combination of elements from various companies

The coal conveying system belongs to Shell; the combustion chamber in the upper part of the gasifier is from GSP, while the lower part as well as the slag treatment system in the rear section are from Texaco
It’s borrowing there; it’s complete plagiarism and grafting. Combine furnaces of the same grade from different sources completely together. Just change the tag number. There is no own process package; only EPC is implemented, and in reality no own computing capacity exists (it seems to be just about selling combined drawings:@). If you’re capable, go ahead and develop your own 3,000-ton furnace. Nowadays, for 3,000-ton furnaces operating at 4.0 MPa, the powder feeding systems of shell type can be copied, but it’s no longer possible to copy the burners of GSP type (since GSP has been phased out by Shenning). GE offers quench chambers capable of handling 6.5 MPa, but those for 4.0 MPa seem not to exist yet (including systems for slag treatment); it’s therefore difficult to copy such technologies. Therefore, although a project of 3,000 tons has been approved, it is difficult to implement. 6.5MPa gasification is a major drawback of pulverized coal, so there’s no need to discuss it.
